Whether it’s thanking a friend for their support or acknowledging a coworker’s hard work, expressing gratitude strengthens relationships. Proverbs 17:22 reminds us that “a cheerful heart is good medicine,” highlighting how sharing our thankfulness can uplift not only ourselves but others as well.
  • Mindfulness and reflection: Take time each day to reflect on your blessings. Mindfulness allows us to be present and recognise the beauty in small moments like the warmth of the sun or the comfort of your home.
